In 2024, three editions of l’Œil du monde were held in Poland, Italy and the Czech Republic thanks to the support of the European Commission and its Creative Europe programme.
Warsaw, Bologna and Tábor gave pride of place to international creative publishing and interculturality, bringing together publishing houses and libraries, authors and artists to share great moments with the public.
The Eye of the World project is intended to be reinvested by those who wish to promote and promote graphic literature for children by setting up projects involving small independent creative publishing houses and libraries.
Putting a project in the eye of the world means adhering to certain principles and values by focusing on interculturality and accessibility to all, but also by opposing the standardization of books and adopting an approach playful and open to creation.
